I’m Jessica, a dedicated Myofascial Release therapist and Nutrition Coach passionate about helping those who have been failed by traditional medicine.

My mission is to provide lasting relief from pain, empower you to regain your movement, and support your journey to a healthier, more vibrant life.

My commitment to healing stems from personal experience. At 17, I faced severe injuries that left me partially paralyzed in my lower body. While doctors suggested surgery, I wasn’t ready to accept that path.

Instead, I found hope through alternative therapies like dry needling, active release techniques, and ultimately Myofascial Release (MFR). When I finally discovered MFR, it transformed my life, restoring my ability to move freely and sparking a deep desire to help others experience the same freedom.

I specialize in working with women who are tired of being held back by pain. Whether you’re navigating the aftermath of surgery, avoiding it altogether, or simply seeking an alternative to endless medications, I’m here to guide you.

My practice focuses on gentle, pain-free techniques to address fascial restrictions—often the hidden cause of lingering pain and dysfunction.

When I’m not helping clients, I enjoy rural life with my “army” of chickens, ducks, and geese, plus my four horses, three dogs, and two cats.

My background in Equestrian Vaulting, Mixed Martial Arts and Krav Maga taught me the importance of body mechanics and how the body moves as a connected whole, knowledge I bring into every session.

Let’s work together to help you feel stronger, move easier, and live pain-free. Because when traditional medicine fails, Myofascial Release can help.
